Top 10 Employers in Slovakia profesia ranking

Datavard, international provider of SAP products and services, was founded 19 years ago as a garage startup. Now it has locations across the globe, including three offices in Slovakia. The biggest one is in Bratislava – here most of developers are, crunching the code and bringing innovation into life. We have several teams of young and enthusiastic professionals who are encouraged to develop their skills in the areas they enjoy the most:

“Friendly environment and cool people, that’s what I love the most about Datavard” – says Jan from IT support

The agile working culture appeals not only to young talents, but also to senior experts:

“I can turn ideas of my team into reality” – adds Peter, BW Service Line Manager

Friendly atmosphere, openness to innovation, plus good work & life balance are key to achieving success and ranking among Top 10 Employers in Slovakia. Datavard is a company which provides space for personal development and growth, supporting employees with regular knowledge sharing, bootcamps and innovation hackathons. This approach yielded Datavard numerous awards, including Deloitte Technology Fast 50 or Gartner’s Magic Quadrant.  And despite the fast growth in the highly competitive IT market, Datavard managed to keep the fun factor – it’s not unusual to witness spontaneous kitchen get-togethers or an inflatable dolphin rolling through the corridor (a souvenir from one, memorable team event).

“We are extremely happy that our efforts were recognized in the ranking and we would like to thank all the people working at Datavard, as they are the ones who contributed most to our joint success” – summarizes Ludmila, Head of HR at Datavard.
