Datavard optimizes selective system copy

Pharmaceutical company Teva is obliged, accord ing to the Sarbanes­Oxley Act (SOX), to rebuild its test system annually. Due to the system size of 10 tera bytes, the previously utilized extraction tool was pushed to its limits. A weekend was no longer sufficient for the productive system to read the data and it was necessary to plan a downtime of two weeks. Teva there fore was looking for a more effec tive solution and initial ly as signed Datavard to find and adapt a suitable extraction tool. Product of choice was Data Sync Manager from EPI­USE. The entire selective system copy was carried out by Datavard specialists. With success: After only four days, the test system was up and running.
