Datavard optimizes selective system copy
Pharmaceutical company Teva is obliged, accord ing to the SarbanesOxley Act (SOX), to rebuild its test system annually. Due to the system size of 10 tera bytes, the previously utilized extraction tool was pushed to its limits. A weekend was no longer sufficient for the productive system to read the data and it was necessary to plan a downtime of two weeks. Teva there fore was looking for a more effec tive solution and initial ly as signed Datavard to find and adapt a suitable extraction tool. Product of choice was Data Sync Manager from EPIUSE. The entire selective system copy was carried out by Datavard specialists. With success: After only four days, the test system was up and running.
